The Japanese word “Chado” translates to “the way of tea”.  At Chado Tea Market our mission is to introduce Austin to a new way of tea.  We offer over 80 varieties of the freshest, gourmet tea-leaves available and carefully selected tea accessories, from exquisite Japanese “tetsubin” iron teapots to fanciful Chinese “Yixing” clay teapots.  We’ll gladly help you discover your new favorite tea and teach you the perfect way to brew it.  This isn’t your grandmother’s tea shop, but of course, she’s always welcome!
